[Yang Menghuo POV]

Yang Menghuo was surprised when he heard that his dad called his secretary as \'Secretary Shi.\' Because Ying Jie\'s full name is Shi Ying, and she worked as a secretary. Thus, her boss would always call her as Secretary Shi.

Yang Menghuo watching the door as his dad called Secretary Shi to serve the coffee. Somehow, it felt like a strange coincidence, no, more like a fate, if his dad\'s secretary was actually Ying Jie. \'I swear to Buddha, if dad\'s secretary is actually Ying Jie, I shall confess my feelings to her.\' Yang Menghuo swore in his heart.

Menghuo waited expectantly, hoping that his guess was correct. It would be a pleasant surprise for him. In fact, he wouldn\'t mind taking over his dad\'s company and worked this mundane job of being a CEO if it would make him closer to Ying Jie.

But… what came after that was nothing sort of his expectation.. He thought there were only two answers to Secretary Shi\'s identity. When the said Secretary pushed the door open, he saw a woman with a curvy figure, holding a tray with three cups of coffee. But what made everyone surprised, including Menghuo, was the paper bag that covered her face.

The paper bag had two holes in her eyes, but other than that, her face was hidden entirely inside that paper bag. She carefully put the coffee cups on the table but suspiciously gave Menghuo a different patterned cup and even pushed the cup a bit closer to Menghuo, so he would know that this one was made specifically for him.

"Secretary Shi, why are you putting a paper bag on your head? Is this for your random comedy skit? AHAHAHAH!"

The secretary ignored Alex completely. She bowed her head, intending to leave as soon as possible. But Alex grabbed her hand so suddenly and asked, "What\'s the hurry, Miss Paper Bag? I\'m your new boss here, and I\'m asking you a question."

Yang Menghuo stared at the secretary with an inquiring gaze. He felt familiar, really familiar with that gaze. It was a gaze that melted him whenever their eyes met. But he didn\'t outright ask the secretary to take off her paper bag because it seemed that the secretary was terrified of getting discovered for no apparent reason.

Menghuo glanced at his Alex-Ge\'s hand that grabbed the secretary\'s wrist. He frowned, feeling uncomfortable when Alex-Ge\'s touched the secretary\'s hand, but he didn\'t know what caused it.

"You haven\'t answered anything, Secretary Shi," Alex said. "Now tell me, is this because you don\'t want Xiao Meng to see your charm? Because you don\'t want him to fall in love with you, Hm~? You want to be exclusive just for me, right? Then I\'ll consider having myself exclusive for you as well~."

The secretary\'s body trembled due to nervousness, which made Menghuo even more uncomfortable, \'What is this uncomfortable feeling in my heart? Alex-Ge holds many girls\' hand. But why did I feel annoyed when he holds this Secretary\'s hand?\' he pondered.

The secretary finally answered, but with a lowered pitch to mask her true voice, "Yes, Mr. Priest."

\'So this secretary is also into Alex-Ge…\' Menghuo pondered again. He almost thought this woman was Ying Jie. But few reasons were adding to his doubt, which made him unsure.

\'Ying Jie wouldn\'t want to be entangled with someone frivolous like Alex-Ge, it seems. I—I think I\'m totally Ying Jie\'s type instead of Alex-Ge. I\'m handsome, rich, cute, funny, totally loyal too! I—If Ying Jie doesn\'t like me, then who else? Alex-Ge? Ying Jie would only be one of his collection, like Pokemon!\' Menghuo defended himself in his heart. He was convinced that Ying Jie would definitely choose him over Alex-Ge if something like a love triangle in a romance novel happened here.

\'But… if this secretary is Ying Jie, why would she hide? She said it herself that she liked money. And if she found out that I\'m Yang Menghuo, wouldn\'t that be a jackpot for her?\' Yang Menghuo\'s doubts kept on adding that he decided not to confront his dad\'s secretary. \'And I doubt that she would do something stupid like this just to avoid me…\' he added.

After the secretary left the room, Alex was the first to open his mouth, "Ah, Secretary Shi is really quirky!"

"I don\'t know why did she do that, but that\'s really cute!" Alex added.

"Alex-Ge, you look whipped for her. It sounds so strange," Menghuo said.

"Strange? What\'s so strange?"

"Because you\'re often the one who acts like a mighty emperor when facing many new girls."

"Hey, not this one, okay. I just think Secretary Shi is really cute," Alex chuckled. "Well, I also want to taste this coffee made by my future girlfriend."

Alex sipped the coffee and nodded approvingly, "Nice, she brewed it nicely."

"Secretary Shi makes good coffee. There\'s even the whole coffee grinder set in the pantry because of her," Mr. Yang added.

Yang Menghuo stared at the coffee. Truthfully, he didn\'t like coffee that much until it was mixed with milk or lots of sugar. But the different patterned cup, and how the secretary pushed the cup to him specifically.

Curious, Menghuo finally sipped the coffee, and his eyes widened.

\'It\'s a sweetened coffee, just like my favourite…\' Yang Menghuo was astonished by this. He never told anyone except his parents and maids about his preference for sweetened coffee. And the only one that he just told recently about this problem was Ying Jie when they were grocery shopping yesterday.

Of course, Ying Jie just asked briefly and didn\'t seem to care much about it.

But she was the only one whom Menghuo told about this!

Yang Menghuo suddenly got up from the couch and walked to the main door.

"Xiao Meng, where are you going?" Alex asked.

"I need to ask something," Menghuo said. He opened the door and darted his gaze at the secretary desk., wanting an answer to appease his curiosity and suspicion.
