He thought that Reif is an arrogant bastard that doesn\'t know anything, not knowing that he is very familiar with him

After all, Reif inherited the memories of his predecessors. That of course included memories regarding Salamander, the immortal that is like a cockroach

If the shard of life and healing can help a person recover from their injuries and also supply them with a strong vitality, the shard of death on the other hand can almost make a person a real immortal

The troll that has the shard of life can barely use it but although Salamander doesn\'t have 100% mastery of the shard of death, he still can use it to a large extent

He could literally evade death. He was like a master that controlled death and he could prevent himself from receiving death

He reappeared on top of Salamander with his foot ready to give him a solid kick. With the help of gravitational pull, Reif\'s kick was a very heavy one and also extremely fast

Getting hit by him was almost a death sentence. Unfortunately, his enemy this time is not a nobody

The mist blurring Salamander\'s feature cleared up and his appearance could now be seen

He has a humanoid body but there was also fiery red scales all over his body and face

He doesn\'t look old contrary to his age but he gave off an ancient aura as if he lived through countless eras already

His arm has those fiery red scales that were thicker and more numerous when it comes to his hands that were more of a claw

His nails were long and sharp as if they could tear through everything in this world

Without the slightest bit of fear, Salamander met Reif\'s kick head-on with his fist

A loud banging sound rang around and a terrifying shockwave has spread. The shockwave even knocked away the surrounding clones of number 1

"Outside the formation, my spirit would die. But in here, my spirit could materialize and I can almost use my full power" Salamander commented with a sneer before opening his mouth wide

Without a warning, a fire that seems to have the ability to burn everything in this world came out from Salamander\'s mouth

The fire was so intense that even space seems to have been fried by him. The surrounding temperature instantly rises

The surrounding was even much hotter compared to being near an active volcano

This fire was no ordinary fire as even Reif could not treat that fire as a joke

As a result, Reif seems to have teleported as he appeared behind Salamander. In his palm, a crimson rotating ball of energy can be seen and he tried to use it against Salamander

The undying man was really not a joke though. With quick reflexes, he turned his body and met Reif\'s crimson ball with a fireball in his palm

The two sets of energies collided with each other causing a loud and apocalyptic explosion

The whole space was dyed with fire red and crimson light. Intense shockwaves continuously traveled in the air as if they would shatter space itself

The explosion still hasn\'t died down yet the people that caused them already clashed again

Both Reif and Salamander\'s figure can be seen flickering here and there. They would vanish from one location just to reappear to another location

Their speed was too fast for people\'s eyes to see them. Every collision would also result in a shockwave that harmed everything around them

Their clash also resulted in either crimson explosion or a burst of terrifying fire. Just being near them was already more than enough to earn a person their death

Their power was simply too horrible. It\'s not something that normal people could have

People at their level were too few in this world. They have so much mana and power as if they robbed other people of their power

Words were not enough to describe how apocalyptic this battle was. Few people could actually survive even just the resulting aftershocks
