Reincarnated With A Minecraft Realm

Chapter 28 - 028 - Introductions

The next morning I cooked breakfast for everyone as I waited for them to awake from the exhausting night.

The Iron Golems stood guard all night and none of them left the room so for now I have no reason not to trust, but I will still try to stay cautious.

Soon they awoke and ate breakfast with me.

Once we had our fill the Bald Man asked, "I hope this is not too much to ask, but can you escort us back to our village?"

I raised my eyebrow and asked with a serious expression "Are you sure that you want to go back? Your home...could have changed in the time you have been gone."

"We know...but we still have to see, we have to know...if anyone survived..." The other man responded.

"I see...well then my name is Apollo, what are your names?" I asked.

"My name is John, I used to be the village's Builder," The bald man introduced himself.

"My name is Kyle, I worked as the village's animal farmer," Kyle introduced himself.

I then looked over to the beautiful young blond woman as she introduced herself, "My name is Lucy...I-I did not have a job..."

Seeing that she was clearly nervous I looked away and asked "How far into the mountains is your village?"

"Not far, the village lies just on the other side of the mountain to the north of here," John stated.

"I see, then I will go get you all some new clothes before we leave," I told them.

"Leave?" Lucy asked.

"That's right, if we want to get to your home before night falls then we will have to leave early in the morning, this will also give me enough time to return home," I told them.

They thanked me before I left to craft some leather armor, while it is armor it would help cover them up...

After that, I used two diamonds and the spell crystallization to store two Iron Golems into my inventory in case of emergency and maybe even betray, I don't know them well enough yet, who knows? They could be bandits for all I know or they could just be regular villagers, either way in time I would find out.

After that, I made a few iron daggers(1x Stick and 1x Iron Ingot = 1 Iron Knife) and gave them to the three people so they could protect themselves.

I equipped my iron armor, reinforced wooden shield(5x Wood and 3 Iron Ingots), and double-bladed spear(2x Iron Ingots and 1x Stick).

I scrapped my damaged iron sword(by letting the iron and wood golems absorb the items and spit out the raw materials) and switched for a double-bladed spear, I found that in a battle a spear was a very good weapon due to its long reach and lethality.

During the Blood Moon accident, I was attacked by so many zombies that for every blow I gave them they hit me once causing me harm, but if I had a weapon that could reach the zombies before they could get in arm's distance then I could have avoided a lot of pain that night...

I also made sure to store various other supplies like food and building blocks in case I don't make it back home in time.

All in all, I prepared as much as I could before I would leave with the others.

Not to mention with the two iron golems stored away in my inventory in case of an emergency I doubt I would face much trouble.

I soon left with the three following behind me.

We walked at a fast pace towards the north hoping to get there as fast as possible.

We soon reached the dark oak forest.

"Listen, we are about to enter a dark place with countless hiding spots so be on your guard because there could always be a monster lurking on the other side of a tree waiting to ambush us," I informed them with seriousness.

They nodded and got closer to each other as we entered the forest and walked towards the mountains.

We passed by the familiar house where I found the Codex Arcana, passing by the house we continued towards the mountains.

The bad thing is I haven't explored this far north and don't know if there are any hidden dangers ahead...

Luckily I found no dangers and only a structure from Astral Sorcery which I would check out later, but right now I don't have any time to waste...

We soon reached the foot of the large mountain with snow covering its peak.

Groaning in annoyance I knew that climbing up this mountain would be the longest part of the journey...
