There was a huge gust of wind when the green axe hit the ghoul and everyone was blinded for a second.

When the dust settled it showed that the axe was in the shoulder of the ghoul but it didn't seem to go deep. The grin on its face morphed into a deep scowl and with a quick motion grabbed Lux's head and started to crush it. Sebastian was just about to help him when he quickly dodged to the left out of pure instinct, there were he just stood was that red ghoul looking at him with its one red eye and lunged at him.

Sebastian: Dammit! He guarded with his katana, the force behind the strike sent him flying backwards into the city.

Back at Lux the big zombie suddenly got an arrow lodged in its chest making it look down at it and and yanking it out making purple blood gush out. With a quick action he crushed Lux's head making a loud pop sound audible and the tall teen's arms stop moving.

Lavender screamed and pulled out her pistol and started to unload all her bullets towards the ghoul, which quickly reacted and used her dead comrade as a shield letting it take all the bullets.

After the gun was empty it threw the corpse on Lavender that fell under the weight of the body. She quickly tried to push him off but saw a shadow above her head and slowly looked up.

The ghoul looked down at her at her and sent her a horrifying grin and slowly opened its mouth as it leaned down wards.

Lavender: Guess this is it huh, goodbye mother and fath...she couldn't finish her sentence as a loud crunch was heard.

May was horrified, screamed and pulled her bow back as far as she could.

The teen lunged forwards bringing his katana down in a big arc, the red ghoul brought its "arms' up and blocked the sword causing sparks to fly off. He quickly used his free hand and took a throwing knife out and infused his mana with it making it shake and gain a maroon hue.

Sebastian: Take this!

He quickly retracted his sword and jumped back throwing the knife right at the ghoul. A explosion occurred and the pressure sent Sebastian flying back a bit.

After the smoke cleared up the ghoul jumped out of it showing that it had burn marks on it and looked pissed at the teen. It suddenly took a deep breath and released a shrill screech that shattered the nearby glass.

It didn't take long before a mini hoard of runner ghouls appeared sprinting right at Sebastian.

Sebastian: Dammit! He growled.

Junak: Guess I'll have to save you this time Oreo he said as he slowly walked towards the hoard and stopped abruptly.

Junak: Come [Enkidu]!

He shouted and suddenly a gust of wind blew in the city and the air in front of the child got distorted before a giant man was seen. The man had tan skin with scars that littered his body which was very muscular. He had a studded kilt on and that was all he had, on his wrists were thick iron cuffs and attached to it were chains that looked extremely heavy, he had messy black hair that stopped at his shoulders and had red eyes.

Junak: Take care of them he panted hoarsely.

Enkidu nodded & roared as he sprinted towards the hoard, one of the ghouls that was the closest suddenly got a fist in the face making its head instantly explode due to the force behind the punch, but the man didn't stop there and jumped right into the hoard.

Sebastian: That's the thing I saw in front of my tent! Explain yourself Junak!

Junak: It's my only perk {The Kings Friend} It allows me to summon Enkidu an ancient hero that was way too strong for his time and he cannot die, he only gets sent away for a day before I can re summon him and I have to wait 2 days to summon him again but he will only stay here for 10 minutes.

Sebastian would have carried on talking but had to quickly block a stab attempt from the red ghoul. The teen quickly infused mana in his fist and activated a power shot sending a hook straight in the ghouls head making it fly backwards.

The beast revealed a grin as it killed the teen when the corpse suddenly blew up in clouds making the ghoul shocked and frantically look around. When it noticed that the teen was behind him and holding his katana.

The sword swung diagonally and cut the ghouls head clean off and Sebastian spun forward stabbing the sword in its chest in one movement.

The teen took the sword out of the dead corpse's chest and walked towards Junak when he saw a shadow above him and rolled out the way, when he looked up his saw the headless corpse convulsing and from its neck a third arm spike came out and with all three spikes it lunged straight at the teen.

Sebastian: What the hell is it gonna take to kill you??? He said as he dodged out of the spikes way.

Sebastian had to use one big move to kill this thing before it could regrow more arms. While he was thinking about this a spike suddenly appeared out of nowhere and scratched his chest, a big gash appeared on his chest.

Sebastian gasped out of pain, sent mana into his leg and sent a power shot kick against the ghoul making it fly backwards.

He added less mana in it not to blow up half the city again, when a maroon red light filled the air as a loud boom was heard sending dust up and concrete.

After the dust settled it showed a big gash in the floor and the ghoul was cut into 2, dissolving into thin air.

Sebastian panted as he saw that he only had 50 mana left. He looked behind him and saw that the once big hoard of ghouls behind him was gone and in the middle stood Enkidu, his fist covered in blood before he turned into particles and dispersed.

Junak: Looks like we both have a few tricks up our sleeves hmm.

Sebastian: Would seem so he chuckled.

Suddenly a giant white flash was seen and a defining explosion was heard as they looked over to the direction of the team.
