"Don\'t be scared. I will never leave you, Alpheus," Cha Junshik said.
Alpheus looked up to his Sir Junshik Hyung, staring at him with such a depending gaze as if Sir Junshik Hyung was his only source of safety right now.
"Urf…" Alpheus whimpered again when the female vet touched his hips and checked his behind. He never felt this ashamed in his life to have someone else other than his family and Sir Junshik Hyung to ever see his behind to attentively.
Honestly, now that he was already an adult wolf, he didn\'t want to show his behind so much, except for Sir Junshik Hyung.
"Urff…"
\'Sir, please, I\'m so embarrassed right now. I don\'t want to show my bumbum to anyone other than you….\' Alpheus said in his heart while staring at Sir Junshik Hyung, hoping that SIr Junshik Hyung would understand him.
Cha Junshik had a feeling that Alpheus was embarrassed right now, so he ruffled Alphie\'s head again, "Yes, yes, I know. But this is important for your health check-up. We need to see whether you\'re actually in good health or not. Don\'t worry, it won\'t belong."
After a physical check-up that took a while, the vet reported, "He is in good health. But are you sure you want to keep a fertile dog? We can always neuter your pet if you want."
"Neuter?"
"Yes, by removing his testicles," the vet said.
"Urrff…" Alpheus was whimpering as he got really scared by the possibility that he was going to have his balls removed.
Cha Junshik chuckled when he saw Alpheus\' reaction, "No need. I think he still needs it," Junshik replied. "But, if he becomes a bad dog that disobeys me, then I will have his balls removed."
"Arf! Arf!" Alpheus nodded obediently. Of course, he would always be obedient to Sir Junshik Hyung! That was his only goal right now, to stay close and be obedient to Sir Junshik Hyung.
"Well, that leaves us with the vaccine. Do you want to vaccinate your black pomeranian?" the vet asked. "Only one shot, a core vaccine."
"Sure, that\'d be important," Cha Junshik nodded.
The vet then left to prepare the injection. Alpheus thought everything was over, so he barked at Sir Junshik Hyung again, "Arf!"
"Oh, we\'re not done yet. You still have to get vaccinated, just once, okay?"
\'Vaccine?\' Alpheus titled his head confusedly. It was his first time ever hearing something called a vaccine.
But it didn\'t sound good. Maybe it was medicine?
They waited until the female vet returned with a small bottle and a new syringe. Alpheus looked at the sharp needle, and his eyes widened instantly. He tried to struggle because the needle looked so scary.
"Arf! Arf! Arf! Arf!"
\'No! Noooo! Please release me! I don\'t want to! NOOOOO!\'
Cha Junshik gently held Alpheus\' nape and pressed him down, ensuring that Alpheus couldn\'t struggle in his dog form.
"Okay, you can do it now, Doctor," Cha Junshik said.
The vet smiled and nodded, "Don\'t worry little dog. It\'s like getting bitten by a giant fire ant, okay?" the vet said as she aimed at the right spot for the injection.
"GRRRR! ARF! ARF!"
Alpheus continued struggling to no avail, and then he felt the vet was pinching his skin under his nape and pricked his skin with that sharp needle.
"Urff…"
After everything was done, Alpheus felt tired and sleepy instantly. He buried his face on Sir Junshik Hyung\'s chest again and went into a deep sleep.
"Your dog needs some rest after vaccination. I suggest you give him vitamins and lots of food. Let him recover, probably around 2 days, and he will return to his usual self."
"Thank you, doctor. I planned to go to the park with him today, but he doesn\'t seem to be in good shape right now."
"I will give you vitamins for your dog, put it inside his food," the female vet said.
After everything was done and Alpheus paid the fee, he glanced at the two cats in the cage, "I saw that female cat rushing out from her cage before. Did something happen?"
The vet smiled while staring at the lovebirds, "Yes, they are two cats in love, Romeow, and Furliette. They were separated when Romeow was sold and returned in terrible condition. It seems that both suffered from lovesickness because they didn\'t want to get separated. So I decided to adopt them both."
"I see…" Cha Junshik nodded. He was thinking about something in his head.
\'If Alpheus finally found his mate, I bet he would act like those pair of cats as well. Damn… I hope it won\'t be too soon. I still want to use him as part of my stream. I\'ll get lots of money from this.\'

"We\'re not going to meet that handsome man and his dog," Laura Lovena replied. "No feast for tonight, boys."
"Damn, I was ready to suck a healthy man\'s blood," one of the men complained.
"What caused him to cancel the meeting, Milady? Did he recognize our true identity?"
"No, I don\'t think so," Laura Lovena shook her head. She crossed her legs and stared at the dead which was in his dying breath. He was hung upside down, and his blood was constantly dropping from this neck to the bucket on the ground, making sure that he was fully drained out of his blood.
Laura Lovena got up and then dipped her finger inside the bucket. She licked the blood and frowned, "This man doesn\'t taste good. I don\'t like his blood at all. You guys should pick a better man."
"But… it\'s really difficult to find a good man, Milady. They are all either very greasy or has really high alcohol trace inside their body. You already said that you want good blood to replenish yourself," one of her underlings said.
Laura Lovena sighed. His underling was correct. It was difficult to find a good man that fit her taste. Eating these fat men with greasy meat or the one with high alcohol inside their bodies were like eating fast food for Laura. She just hated it so much, and their blood didn\'t really replenish anything other than sustaining her life.
