The little spider was still about to try and convince his master since in his eyes, it was better if only one from Reif and Rhash dies instead of the both of them

Khaknur also knows that his Master Reif would be willing to give up his life if it meant that Rhash would survive

However, before Khaknur could try convincing Rhash to do something he would never do, the vampire\'s senses warned him of imminent danger

Rhash\'s eyes trembled as he opened his mouth and shouted. "GET DOWN!"

As soon as Rhash said that, he immediately planted his body into the ground. Making sure that his body is laid flatly into the cold ground of the cave

His two slaves followed suit and all of them felt some sort of power brush past their bodies

Before they knew it, the sunlight blocked by the cave they were in is now shining on their bodies

When Rhash looked at what happened, his face paled further as the whole cave, no, the whole mountain that the cave is located was cut

The earthen material that made up the mountain was erased. It was a solid cut as if someone merely cut a soft tofu

Whether it be Rhash, Khaknur, or Agui, the three of them can feel their hearts racing. If they were even a split second late, their bodies would surely be obliterated by that attack

"We met again" a voice entered everyone\'s ears along with the erection of the barrier

It was the same barrier that Nath always uses when attacking Reif and his company

The Barrier of Martyrs was cast and once again, any damage that would be inflicted to Nath would be sent to his subordinates

When Rhash looked around him, he saw that the four of them are completely surrounded by Paladins, Priests and the most dreadful of them, the son of God - Nath Lumine

Despite the immense pain that Rhash is experiencing, he still stood up from the ground and forcefully used his magic

The blood fire burned in Rhash\'s palms as he readied himself for a battle

"Khaknur, Agui, protect Reif!" Rhash ordered and the little spider and lava monster instantly moved to carry their master\'s body

However, before they could succeed, swords made from light flashed

In the four corners around Khaknur, four golden swords stabbed the ground and his body stiffened. No matter how hard he tries to move his body, he was not succeeding at all

The same fate was bestowed on Agui. Both monsters tried their best to move but the divine magic cast on them was preventing any form of movement

"B-bastard" Rhash said angrily as he put his palms together to send a fiery wave towards his most hated enemy

Unfortunately, several paladins moved. They stood in front of the Son of God as they created a defensive barrier to block the blood fire

With their numbers and how weakened Rhash is currently, the Paladins have succeeded in blocking the blood fire

Rhash only made a single move but blood already leaked out from his mouth and also ears

Using even just a bit of his power was already detrimental to his body. That is how weakened he was

"Seems like you are at your limit already. Why don\'t you reconsider my proposal?" Nath said and the paladins in front of him moved to the side as he slowly approached Rhash that never cease to glare at him

"Never!" Rhash spat out and the Son of God shook his head helplessly

"If only you would submit to me, I could let you stand on top of the world with me" Nath stated with a tone of pity as if it was a great loss for Rhash to refuse him

"I\'m something you would never obtain" Rhash spoke with venom

For an unknown reason, Nath wants to obtain him and his loyalty. However, those things are something that even this arrogant Son of God could never obtain

"What a pity. You are special but it seems like you have to die along with that piece of trash" Nath said pertaining to Reif

All the hair from Rhash\'s body stood up as he blocked Reif with his body

"I won\'t let you lay even a single finger on him!" Rhash said with resolution as the blood fire from his palms grew bigger and stronger

"That\'s not something you could decide" Nath rebuked and with a motion from his fingers, the paladins and priests made their move

Rhash was instantly surrounded by enemies as their swords gleamed with a cold light

"I said ... I won\'t let you lay a finger on Reif!" Rhash shouted loudly, his palm heavily strikes the ground, and blood fire burst with him as the center

Except for Rhash and Reif, everyone else near him got caught up with that burst of fire and they soon turned into ashes

However, as soon as Rhash did that, he can feel the strength leaving his body and in the next second, the priests already locked his arms and legs with divine magic

Rhash was tied with light ropes and he squirmed to break free. Too bad that his current state doesn\'t give him the power to do what he wants

"Last chance, give up and surrender. In that way, you could continue living with a high status" Nath tries his luck but Rhash still refuses

Since it looks like he would die any second from this moment, Rhash is now going to give it his all!

Rhash burned all of his life force and mana for one last burst. After this move, he would definitely die but the power it has is extremely deadly

Even Nath could feel the threat from Rhash and he waved his hand as he gave an order

"Retreat!" Nath ordered before moving away from his current position

The others were also about to move but it was already too late

With Rhash using every bit of power that he has, large tongues of flames have erupted and they swallowed more than half of the subordinates that Nath bought with him

To ensure that he would really be able to kill Rhash and the \'miracle\' Reif, he brought hundreds of them but they were instantly reduced in half after Rhash sacrificed himself. This made the Son of God really furious

"Is that the extent of your resolve?" A voice entered Reif\'s senses and when he looked back behind him, he saw a familiar and unfamiliar man

This man looks just like him but older and more powerful. No, this man doesn\'t just look like him, it is him!

If Rhash was present, he would definitely recognize this man. This man has the appearance of Reif before he died!

"You are... me" Reif doesn\'t know that but he can feel that the person in front of him is also him

"You are correct" the man even confirmed that before he gave Reif a despising look

"But also wrong. We are the same but also different" The older Reif continued causing the younger one to be confused

"We are different. I don\'t have anyone and you have something that I always wished for"

Even without any clarification, the younger Reif can already understand what the older him meant and that something is actually someone, his big brother Rhash that he badly wants to see now
