The wedding is over and Elli was sent to the house of the Owens to wait inside the master room. The servants that guided her didn't even greet her as the madam, they just make her stay inside the room without saying anything.

'Search for cameras.'

'What is the state of my body?'

'Are you sure? Then I can't escape.'

'I know, but I can't do anything for now.'

She was seated in the bed without moving. Her long white dress looked terrible on her. Her family bought her a cheap dress without making any adjustments to make it fit on her thin malnourished body. Her pale face looked haggard and without color, pointy, and dark in some places.

She looked around to the closet nearby and walked there to see if there were some change of clothes.

She found a simple white dress and some undėrġȧrmėnts. She then proceeded to carefully take out her dress not minding the cameras. When she was completely nȧkėd she went inside the bathroom and took a shower.

She stayed under the shower for a few minutes feeling the water cover her fragile body. She was exhausted. From the moment she came to this world, nothing has gone well. She was dragged out of her bed with a horrible force from the maids. They washed her and then made her wear a horrible wedding dress. She couldn't even eat a thing, nor drink water.

She looked at her body and saw several marks from the punches and hits she received before. Some scars marred her delicate body and face and she was in such a poor state that even her head had many spaces empty from the undernourishment.

'Ginnie, tell me her story.'

Ginnie, her system has been with Eli since long ago, traveling around the world, gaining knowledge and experience.

'I have no choice… I must heal first and escape. My body is too weak and…>

He knew her very well. She will seek revenge for the former body's owner. She always was that kind of person.

'She died and let me live in her body, the least I can do is help her get some revenge.'

'Is the storage available?'

Her eyes shined with amusement.

'Get me the spirit liquid and the high grade spirit pill, also set a lock on the entrance door.'

'Great, that's enough time.'

The cameras in the study room were showing an empty room where Evan Jin's wife was staying. The silence was deafening while they watched the nude and scarred body of the woman. It was a gruesome sight to see, even for them that were used to the bloody and cruel side of humanity.

"What will you do, brother? She may not be able to conceive."

"Send the doctors… even if she is able, I would never touch her. She is too insignificant to me."

He closed the cameras and the younger man went out to make a call.

Eli came outside one hour later. But something was different. She looked healthier from before, however, the scars and bruises were still there. She put her dress on and prepared to sleep.

Suddenly the door opened abruptly and some nurses and doctors entered with medical machines.

"Take blood samples, I will prepare some IV."

They didn't even mind to question her, they did whatever they wanted and Eli let them. They gave her a sedative and she went to sleep not before asking Ginnie to stay alert.

The next day…

"What is her condition?"

"She is malnourished and has several lacerations throughout her body, some from repeated hits from many years, her skin is delicate as she wasn't exposed to the sun for a long time and there is…"

"Talk!"

"Is she able to conceive?"

"She is fertile but she doesn't have any strength to have a baby, it would be risky."

"Mmm… you can go."

Evan Jin stood in front of the window panel from the great Jin Mansion. He looked at the medical reports in his hands for a second and threw them to the desk. He didn't feel any sympathy for the woman but she was now his wife. Only if she cooperates, he will allow her to live a merciful life, but if she brings trouble then…

He turned around and looked at the cameras again. The woman had been sleeping since the day before, she was injected with a strong sedative and IVs. It would take a lot of time for her to recover. He turned off the screen and went out.

'Ginnie, I want to start the learning mission.'

'Let's go for the Technology one.'

She had lived through many worlds that were completely different from this one. She learned Medical skills and business skills from there but the technology is completely different here. If not for the memories that the systems gave her, she would be completely lost.

A person stood in front of her, it was a woman in glasses and a white coat.

The woman guided for many hours from the very basics of the devices and uses to the more incredible inventions. She spent a lot of energy there but the help from the spirit bath and the care from the devices outside helped her go through it.

Three days passed and she was still sleeping.

'Ginnie, how is my body recovery?'

'I should wake up for now. Is there anybody around?'

'Alright, get me out of the simulation.'

Eli opened her eyes with difficulty. It hurt to look at the white light coming through the window. She felt weak and painful around her body for not being able to move for many days. She looked around and the room and she noticed the nurse sleeping on the sofa near her bed.

Then with a careful move, she sat up with difficulty.

'Ginnie sent me the High-Grade White Pill.'

She didn't need to talk as the system could read her thoughts. The pill appeared on her hand that was under the sheets. She disconnected the needles and stood up. Before the alarms could wake up the nurse, she went to the bathroom and closed the door. Then she swallowed the pill and entered the tube. She poured the spirit liquid again and sat inside there for a few minutes.

'Ginnie lock the door.'

'Great!'

She let herself relax for a few seconds when a sudden pain invaded her entire body. The pill was from the most efficient rewards she even got. They could expel the toxins and poison from her body and nourish her muscles and skin.

She clenched her teeth and grabbed the side of the tube with strength. The pain made her face red and the veins from her hands show. For two hours she heard people outside the bath trying to open the door, and for two hours she was in excruciating pain.
