Elena returned to see Diego today. She had stopped working at the Wonderful Cafe. She was uncomfortable with Shelina because she always came late. So when Shelina talked to her, she decided to just quit working. She couldn\'t possibly keep working with her stomach getting bigger and bigger day by day.

Elena also hasn\'t told Elise about it, so when the woman went to see Diego, Elise didn\'t ask anything at all. The woman returned to focus on her hobby of design.

Elena smiled as she entered Diego\'s ward. The man is much better now.

"How are you today, darling?"

"Much better after seeing you come." Elena smiled broadly at the teasing Diego said.

"Aren\'t you working anymore today?"

Elena smiled softly. She has thought of everything. The lie that she was going to tell Diego to make it clear for a few months because of her pregnancy would never be hidden from him anymore.

"No, Shelina gave me a few weeks off before sending me out of town to learn how to bake another cake. So I can provide a variety of menus at the Cafe."

"You\'re going out of town?" Diego couldn\'t believe it. There was a sense of unwillingness that crept into his heart. He didn\'t want Elena to leave him. Diego felt that the woman\'s departure seemed to leave him forever. He do not know, Diego felt a feeling of unwillingness. This is the first time Elena will go long and separate from him.

"Yes, Shelina ... she paid for me to take a cooking course for six months out of town." Elena had already figured it out. In six months she will give birth, after which she will come back to Diego and tell him everything that happened.

"And you\'re going to leave me for six months?" Diego couldn\'t believe it. Six months is a long time. How could he bear to be apart from Elena that long? Elena is already a part of his life. Not being able to see that woman for one day made Diego worry, anxious, restless, and homesick.

Elena looked into Diego\'s eyes wistfully. He didn\'t want this either. The woman wanted to be by Diego\'s side, helping with recovery therapy and encouraging him to get well again.

However, Elena could not be on Diego\'s side to continue to manage. Moreover, she is pregnant with twins. Her stomach is bigger than pregnant women in general.

"I\'m sorry. I can\'t refuse it. I owe a lot of money and cash to Shelina. So I have to do it for now."

Diego took a deep breath. He doesn\'t want to. Diego has a bad feeling. As if Elena wasn\'t just gone for six months but gone forever. Exhaling softly Diego relented, "Okay, but you have to call me often later. And don\'t glance at the other men there."

Elena nodded with a cute smile on her face. Diego looked at Elena closely, fascinated by Elena\'s face, which is now even more beautiful.

"You\'re getting prettier." Diego\'s hand reached out to caress Elena\'s soft white cheeks.

"And I\'m even more afraid of you being taken over by another man." Diego expressed his concern. Elena is very beautiful, surely more and more men are attracted to her. As long as the two of them lived together, Diego always threw out all the men. Some people know that they are adopted siblings, but some know that they are lovers.

"Is that why you didn\'t want me to go?"

"Yes, I\'m afraid you will be teased by another man and turn away from me." Elena chuckled with amusement. How could she be teased by another man if for these six months she would only live in Brian\'s mansion?

"I just love you, darling. So, you can rest easy. Besides, I\'m attached to you." Elena raised her left palm. Showing Diego\'s application ring was still tightly curled on her ring finger.

Diego smiled and his hand that had been rubbing Elena\'s face turned to the woman\'s neck. Pushed Elena\'s head to lower it and kissed her lips gently.

Elena returned to Diego\'s kiss. Their lips crushed and sucked. When Diego wanted to deepen their hot kiss, Elena held back and kept her face away.

"Darling, you are sick." Understanding Elena\'s point, Diego smiled softly and rubbed her lips gently. Erase the saliva around Elena\'s lips.

Elena came out of Diego\'s ward in the afternoon. She had to go back to the mansion before the grumpy man got home from work. If not, Elena will surely get angry with his anger again.

And luckily Diego himself asked Elena to come home and sleep at home. The man could not bear to see Elena have to sleep sitting next to his bed. He didn\'t want Elena to feel stiff and sick. He also doesn\'t want Elena to come home at night, afraid that bad things will happen to his woman if she comes home late at night alone. That\'s why he asked Elena to come home late in the evening and come back to visit him tomorrow morning.

Elena is walking down the hall, she has to meet Mira. The woman says that she is on the night shift right now and Elena wants Mira to keep an eye on Diego too.

Not far from Elena walked a beautiful woman and a middle-aged woman wearing branded clothes who had just come out of the examination room.

"Why did Mommy ask me to pick you up? Mommy can ask the driver to pick you up."

"How\'s Doctor Evan? He\'s handsome, right?"

"Mommy, I told you that I only wanted to marry Brian. Why does Mommy always set me up with other men?"

"Because Brian is married, Tiara. He already has a wife. Stop chasing him and start dating other men."

"No, I love Brian. Only Brian I want."  Tiara maintained her will.

Elena walked not far from the two of them. Walk quietly past Tiara and her mother.

Tiara\'s eyes widened in disbelief. Elise? What\'s she doing in this hospital?

"But honey, Brian is so—"

Tiara has not listened to her mother\'s words. Her eyes followed Elena\'s tremors. She was still lost in her thoughts.

She thought that the woman who had just passed her was Elise. What was Elise doing here alone? Did she meet someone? Or is she checking her health here? Or ...?

Tiara was sure something was going on. And she had to find out about it. She still clearly remembered that Elise was barren and had difficulty getting pregnant. So, how could Tiara believe that the woman was now pregnant? Of course, Tiara was suspicious.

"Mom, I have an urgent need." Without waiting for her mother\'s answer, Tiara walked towards Elena to leave. She still saw the woman\'s back. Chase after her and follow where the woman is going. Tiara keeps her distance from Elena. The woman is hiding behind a wall when Elena walks up to a nurse and talks to her.

"What was Elise doing in this hospital? Did she visit someone who was sick? But as far as I know, that woman is an orphan and alone. Or maybe she is hiding something in this hospital. Something related to her fake pregnancy." Tiara spoke alone with eyes that kept an eye on Elena. The distance between where she was hiding from Elena was quite far, making Tiara annoyed that she couldn\'t hear their conversation.

Not long after, Elena left the nurse. And Tiara quickly came out of hiding and approached the nurse who was none other than Mira.

"Sorry, Miss. What did that woman talk to you about?" Tiara asked Mira with her eyes still on Elena. Tiara didn\'t want to lose Elena who she thought was Elise.

Mira looked at the woman beside her with a frown. It\'s strange, why is there a woman who suddenly asked about what Elena said to her. Mira\'s eyes quickly scanned Tiara\'s appearance. And one conclusion she got. This beautiful and haughty woman is not Elena\'s acquaintance. And Mira felt that the woman had evil intentions towards Elena.

Not getting an answer, Tiara turned to look at Mira\'s face. Demanding an answer with a chin that cocked up arrogantly. Typical of a famous model Tiara.

"She\'s just asking where the public restroom is."

"Is it true?" Tiara seemed in disbelief because she saw Elena and Mira talking for a long time.

Mira nodded and said she had to go back to work. Tiara didn\'t care if she didn\'t get any info from Mira. She wanted to follow Elena again, but unfortunately, she had lost track of her.

Mira walked away and occasionally glanced behind her. Staring at Tiara\'s back suspiciously. Who is she? She will tell Elena about that strange and suspicious woman.

The day passed so fast. Now Elena\'s stomach has gotten bigger and bigger and she can\'t continue to accompany and care for Diego. The man is much better now, but he still has to do several therapies so that he can walk normally again. Several police officers have questioned Diego regarding the corruption case that befell him.

And, fortunately, Diego has solid evidence that he\'s innocent. Evidence that shows who were the perpetrators of corruption who embezzled billions of dollar in Fernandez Corporation company money. And now Diego\'s status has changed from suspect to key witness. And it is still kept secret for the man\'s safety from the other suspects.

Elena who knew the progress of the case could breathe a sigh of relief. She was sure Diego would not do something bad like that. And now it\'s time for Elena to say goodbye to Diego, pretending to be out of town for the next six months.
