Reincarnated With A Minecraft Realm

Chapter 22 - 022 - Continuing on the Road of Magic

Once I returned home and got myself some good sleep for the night I awoke early in the morning at sunrise as usual and began working in my Magic Room.

I then started making Arcane Compound by adding Vintium Dust, Bone Ash, and a random magical flower I plucked from one of the Dirt Golem's bodies.

I then put the Arcane Compound in the Runeforge to cook, and once that was done I had myself some Arcane Ash which I used to also get me some Purified Vintium Dust.

I walked over to my Inscription table and a screen magically appeared before my eyes.

I put in the Arcane Ash, the Vellum Paper and after crafting the Arcanist's Ink with a glass bottle, Purified Vintium Dust, a magical flower, and some black ink I got from a black flower.

[A/N: Yes I know that it's supposed to be an Ink sac instead of a black flower but meh, I am too lazy to write another entire chapter that was solely about getting an Ink sac]

So, now onto creating my first spell.

First I had to choose whether the spell would affect me or an Object I am touching/in front of me.

So for my first spell, I decided to create a spell that would create a magic light that would last...well forever.

So I chose the aspect of Touch and Light and tapped a giant green arrow at the top of the screen.

It consumed the materials I just put into the Inscription table leaving me a single Vellum paper with the words Spell Recipe: Touch - Light.

Well then I have all the needed ingredients to make it but I was missing two ingredients.

A Mystic Focus and a Runesmith's hammer.

Which were both easy to make.

The Mystic Focus just needed a single piece of glass and four golden nuggets to craft while a Runesmith's hammer needed three Vintium Ingots and two sticks.

After I got all the ingredients I grabbed the Wizard's Chalk and headed up to where I did my ritual of Aurora last time.

The ritual to create the spell was 9 times larger than the Ritual of Aurora and a lot more expensive...

So I got to work on the Ritual.

I drew the sigils onto the ground in the pattern that the Ritual showed before sprinkling some Purified Vintium Dust onto the ritual.

With the ritual glowing a beautiful purple I began placing the items in their respective places before the items suddenly began floating up into the air and connect to each other via a line.

Once that was done some symbols appeared in the air.

I pulled out my Manaweaving wand and started drawing the symbols in the air and once I drew all the symbols a flash of light blinded me before all the items began merging towards the center of the Ritual and with a poof left behind a scroll.

The scroll gently floated down to the ground before I even attempted to approach it and when I did something amazing happened.

I reached out to the scroll and once my skin touched the scroll it appeared to start to dissolve into a stream of light that flowed into my head.

I froze for about a minute before snapping out of it and smiling.

I can finally cast magic!

Although, only Utility magic, it was magic nonetheless.

I got up and sighed.

Although I could create an Offensive spell I would rather wait until tomorrow, I wanted to get to work on today's projects.

I soon left the Ritual area and headed over to my farm where the Dirt Golems who had Magical flowers growing on their bodies were taking care of my farm.

I noticed that I had a new row of pumpkins meaning I could create another 10 Pumpkins.

I also did some experimenting and found that the Iron and Stone golems were definitely more suited for combat than work because when I tried to have them mine they were just too slow...

Not just physically either, for some reason they just couldn't understand my 'complex' commands.

So I still had to mine myself in the mine.

Since the Iron and Stone Golems couldn't work I just put them on Guard Duty which they were much more suited for.

Meanwhile, with the 10 new pumpkins, I wanted to create two new types of Golems.

Specifically, a Golem of Gold and a Golem of Coal.

Besides the Golem of Coal being pretty much useless, I was surprised to find that the Golems of Gold were natural commanders.

They could fight just like Stone and Iron Golems but they had much more intelligence along with their much...brighter appearance.
