Inside the ward…

"Madame President…. Please push the baby," The doctors pleaded.

"I can\'t! Ahhh!!!!" Chasina screamed as she felt her eyes closing down.

"Nurse, Call Doctor Adiana inside," a doctor ordered the nurse.

The nurse immediately ran out and called Adiana into the ward.

"Sina… Please push. If You don\'t do it, Babies will suffocate themselves. It may be dangerous. Stay calm and push them out!" Adiana said as she encouraged Chasina.

"It hurts!"She said.

"It will be over soon," Adiana said.

"Push!" Adiana said.

"Use your strength. Those are the ones you have been waiting for the last ten months," Adiana said softly.

Chasina used her complete strength and pushed the baby. The doctors can see the head of the baby.

"Madame, the head of the baby can be seen. Push a bit more," the doctors said.

"Sina… One more push just like before." Adiana said as she cupped Esther\'s face.

"Madame… On the count of three push it hard." The doctor said,

"One…. two… three… push!" the female doctor screamed.

"Ahhh!!!!!" Chasina screamed as she pushed hard. The baby\'s head came out completely this time. The doctor pulled the baby out. The moment the baby came out it cried like the world was ending. The doctor immediately cut his green umbilical cord for the first baby.

"Two more to go. You did well, Madame. Just like now." The doctors said to her,

Already sweat was dripping down from Chasina\'s face. She felt like her life was taken away from her body but she could only comply with them. A doctor came and cut the green umbilical cord of the first child and passed it over to the other doctor. The other doctor cleaned the baby while the remaining two doctors were delivering the second baby.

Chasina wanted to sleep as she was really tired. It took nearly one hour to deliver the baby and now she has to go with the second. She was too tired. But Adiana was patting her face as she tried to wake her up from sleep. Sleeping during the delivery time may lead to few complications.

And it\'s triplets. The risk for Chasina\'s life was higher. So, they cannot take risks. The birth of triplets was the rare and the hardest thing. Even if Chasina survived her body will be damaged severely. She has to follow the doctor\'s advice to recover.

Generally, when it\'s the birth of a single child the child occupies the complete sac in her womb but its triplets, the umbilical cord, and the sac are shared by three fetuses which may lead one of them to receive less nutrition. And the colors of the triplets umbilical cord would be different for the three fetuses.

"Madame, Push on the count of three just like before," The doctors said.

"One… two… three… push!" The doctors screamed.

Chasina used all her strength and pushed but the fetus didn\'t come out. The doctors couldn\'t even see the head. Her energy was draining out due to the labor.

"Madame, just like before on the count of three, push!" the doctor said.

"Sina, gather your strength. It will be finished soon," Adiana said to her. Seeing her sweaty face she took a book and fanned her.

"One… two… three… push!" The doctor screamed. Chasina pushed the baby with all her might this time. The baby\'s head came out. The doctors pulled the baby gently and passed it to the other doctor who cleaned the first baby after cutting his orange umbilical cord. The second baby was also crying hard after he came out.

"Sina… You did great. One more to go," Adiana said.

As if the third one was excited to come out hearing his triplet\'s cries, the contractions in her lower body intensified.

"Madame, Just like before. Push on the count of three," the doctors said.

"I am tired," she said weakly. She didn\'t even have the energy to lift her finger. Chasina felt like she was dying. All her energy was drained. She was losing her consciousness. But she was only hanging on for the sake of her baby.

"Don\'t let her sleep!" Her regular doctor screamed when she saw Chasina was closing her eyes.

"Yes," Adiana said.

"Sina… Don\'t sleep. One last child. Please stay conscious. Hold my hand and push the baby on the count of three," Adiana said.

Adiana felt her heartbreak into pieces. She never wanted her sister-in-law to go through this intense pain. She felt angry towards Andrus for doing this to her sister-in-law. Adiana decided to calculate scores with him after she was done taking care of Chasina.

"I can\'t," Chasina said weakly. Her voice was barely audible. It\'s more like a whisper.

"Doctor, She doesn\'t have any strength," adiana said.

"Yeah… Even if wanted to give any medicine to her, she needs to get this baby out." her regular doctor said.

"Madam, Please bear with it for once. Push hard with all your strength only one on the count of three," the doctor asked.

Chasina nodded her head.

"One… two… three... Push!" the doctor screamed.

The head of the baby can be seen.

"Once more. On the count of the three." the doctor said.

"One… two… three…Push," the doctor said.

"Ahhhh!!!!!!" Chasina screamed as she pushed the baby hard.

But the baby wasn\'t coming out.

"I can\'t, the baby is stuck," Chasina said as she gasped for air.

The doctor bent down and saw the baby was bigger than the other two. If this goes on she would lose a lot of blood.

"Nurse get 200 cc O -ve blood for a transfusion!" the other senior doctor ordered.

The nurse ran away hearing the orders to get the blood.

"Not good," the senior doctor said.

"Senior doctor…." Adiana and the other two doctors looked at the senior one.

"The baby head is larger than the other two. This one… even though it\'s the last baby… it\'s healthier and bigger than the other two fetuses. We need to do an episiotomy. But the complicated thing is she was already losing a lot of blood." the senior doctor said.
