<TAI KARU'S P.O.V>

Everyone was busy preparing for the concert. Karu was secretly amused when Yu had trouble sinking with the others. It was one of the first times that he's seen Yu having trouble with something. We did much better than expected selling tickets, seeing as it was our first concert this year. But the older students who had seen them last year had bought tickets quite quickly. Yu's idea of having a popular band playing as their opening act was useful too since it drew in more listeners. They made quite a lot of money which would be useful later on.

Now that they were starting to set up the stage for the concert, the gym had been closed so gym classes were taking place outside. After school, Karu and the others were working on setting up the stage. Suddenly some people walked into the gym and Karu looked up. Karu recognized Rin and Raya and he felt like he'd seen the others before.

Yu finished what he was doing and started talking to all of them. Raya and another girl there started arguing about something and Yu proceeded to bunch both of them on the top of the head. "Karu come over here!" Yu heard him call. Karu realized that the others had already joined Yu so Karu walked over.

Yu introduced Karu and the others to the other members Rin and Raya's band. Karu was finally able to remember the name of their band. It was called Amour, it meant something in french but Karu wasn't sure what.

The other members of Amour all seemed normal. Their manager and Rin's wife, Saie was an uptight woman who didn't seem to like Raya. Namoi was quiet and acted almost the same way as Yoku, he was also their drummer. Aki stood behind Namoi, He seemed quiet at first bat as soon as Komaki started talking he became very talkative. Komaki and Aki ran off to continue setting up. Yoku and Namoi stared at each other for a long time. It seemed to cause an uncomfortable aura. They both seemed to agree on something and went back to preparing, leaving the others really confused. Soon everyone was back to setting up.

Saie and Raya had a fight over something. "Hey Karu help me out here," Yu called him. Karu realized he'd been spacing out. Yu was trying to move one of the giant speakers to the back of the gymnasium.

Karu ran over to help he lifted up one side of the black speaker. It was quite heavy, and the fact that it was really big made it awkward to carry. As they were carrying the speaker Karu noticed something, Yu seemed lost in thought as the corners of his lips were turned up in a small smile.

"What are you smiling at?" Karu asked him. Yu startled and looked up at Karu. His smile widened so much that his eyes closed.

"This will be the first time I perform as an official band member on stage."

Yu said as the reached the back of the gym and set down the speaker. Suddenly Karu flushed bright red.

The moment Yu smiled, the only thing Karu could think of was how cute he looked. Yu noticed how bright red Karu's face had become and was confused. "You alright Karu?" He asked.

Karu spun around to hide his face and walked back over so they could grab the second large speaker to put in the other corner. "Y-Yeah I'm fine. Anyway was it your siblings that introduced you to music or your dad?" Karu changed the subject quickly as they picked up the second speaker.

Raya, who was close enough to hear their conversation laughed. "Yu discovered music completely on his own. When we were younger neither of us were planning to join the music industry. Then Yu started learning a lot about music and dancing from the videos he watched. When we realized that he was better than us at it, me and Rin were jealous and started practicing too. So honestly it's thanks to him that our band was formed."

Yu scowled at his sister. You make it sound like I was doing something amazing. I was just fooling around with something new back then." Rin Raya and the rest of the members of Amour were staring at him like he was an idiot.

"What? Why are you staring at me like that?"

They all sighed together and Raya responded. "Yu, most eight-year-olds aren't beating pros in almost every style of dancing." Raya kept moving things as she spoke. "And most 12-year-olds aren't teaching new dancing styles to a.d.u.l.ts."

Yu was silent for a minute, then sighed. "Yeah, maybe you're right."

Raya turned to him and put her hand on her h.i.p.s. "Heck yeah, I'm right."

They finished setting things up quite quickly. The concert was in three days. They took the last three days to practice a little. More and more people tried to figure out who the new member was. Everyone thought that because Karu was part of Musical Talent he was the one who asked Amour to play at the concert, but honestly, Karu hadn't even met any of the members until Yu appeared. Now he talked to them like they'd been friends for a long time.

Three days passed quickly and finally, it was the day of the concert, everyone was excited. Strangely, Yu didn't show up at school. Karu was worried at first but May reassured him that Yu was doing something and he'd be at the concert so there was no reason to be worried.

At lunch, nobody asked questions or even came close to Karu. He went to the club room to wait but there were a bunch of people surrounding the door and he couldn't get in so he went back to class.
