Damon replied to the text "Sure" and wrapped up the meeting early, he told Louis to arrange the meeting st some other time and left the meeting room. Everyone was shocked to hear Damon and after he left, the all sighed and looked at Louis expecting to leave early as well. Louis knew why they were making puppy eyes so he said, "Yes you guys can wrap up but only after boss has left the company". All nodded in unison and went back to their respective desks. Damon returned to his cabin and grabbed his coat and bag and was walking towards the exit. He soon reach the bas.e.m.e.nt and his driver was already waiting for him, he got inside his car and his driver started driving.

They stopped at the intersection as the lights were red and Damon noticed a confectionery shop on the side of the road, he told the driver to stop near it and buy some donuts. His driver asked about his preference when Damon became silent for a second and said, "Just buy whatever is famous among the ladies". His driver nodded and went ahead to buy donuts. After ten minutes, he returned with a beautiful parcel and gave them to Damon. Damon took it and place it beside him. It was his first time bringing something for Alena and he was curious for her reaction about this thing.

Alena was sitting in the garden with her mother-in-law and they were enjoying the view and sharing their thoughts on nature. It was still early for Damon to return and Alena was not sure if he will really come early. Soon enough they heard the noise coming from his car and Alena couldn't believe he really came early. They walked back to the house and before they could see Damon he has already went to his room. Damon placed the package on the sofa table of their room and went to take a shower. Alena asked her mother to sit on the table and she helped the maids to bring the food on the table. All the dishes were placed and soon Damon walked to his seat. After they were seated, Alena served them food and mother spoke, "You are early today son". Damon smiled and glanced at Alena then looked back at his mother and said, "Yes mother i was free so came early, how are you feeling today?" His mother smiled and replied, "I am fine and the doctor also said that i am doing good and its all thanks to my daughter who takes care of me all the time". Damon was playing with his fork and said, "Yes mother she loves you so she cares for you similarly she cares for me too so she l..". Before he could continue, Alena chocked on her food and Damon made her drink water and patted her back. Alena's face became red not sure if it was embarrassment or from the cough.

Alena glared at Damon who was eating like an innocent child.
