Chapter 74 - "DAMON'S WRATH BACKFIRED"
Cathy's pov
After their departure, I was again looking at the card to make sure I have seen it right, and there I was horrified. Never ever in my wildest dream could I guess that they would be married even though she was working there that doesn't mean they will be tied like this. "Wait, no Cathy you can't think as this Alena will never marry him and on top of that she looked pained when he f.o.r.c.i.b.l.y took her from here, and even when she came she was in a sorry state". I stood from the sofa and decided "I will help my friend for that I need to contact her and make plans because they are big shot people and we can't afford to provoke them.
At the same time on the other side
The whole ride Damon didn't speak to Alena and she was very scared that what he will do next. After half an hour of ride, they reached the villa and before Alena could react Damon dragged her by hands to the house. She wanted to shout but he spoke first "If you dare make any sound and wake my mother I will force your mother to rot in hell". She was horrified because she knew he will definitely do that if she didn't give in to his order so she quiet down but her expression paled because of the pain he was causing her. They entered their room and soon he pushed her by the door and locked the door, then grabbed her roughly at which she hissed but he didn't care and growled "You are becoming more and more untamed, How dare you seduce other men behind me? Did you think I will not know? Or you want to escape with your lover even after escaping, you won't be able to get your mother. Then what's the use of this or I may say that you have decided to abandon your mother. Are you tired of your mother because the reason for this forced marriage solely is her? You have become unfilial to your mother and even if she dies you won't care".

For a few seconds Damon was unable to gather his senses as there was silence that zoomed-in his mind. He got slapped. Alena was already angry but hearing his hurtful words her tears started rolling her eyes she couldn't help it. But it didn't last when she heard him saying his last sentence, she pushed his hand and slapped him with all her might. She couldn't take it anymore in this new life all she wanted was to live with her mother peacefully and she only cared about her. He actually triggered her at her soft spot.
Again she grabbed him by his collar and spoke loud and clear "Listen carefully, it was you who forced me from the beginning, it was you who captured my mother, it was you who forced me to roam on the road without any money, it was you who forced me not to return here, it was you who forced me to live this miserable life, and it was only you who caused me so much pain. I have never harmed in any way but out of nowhere you came and did all this to me, just who do you think you are? Can you live after knowing that your mother had been captured and also you have to live with the same person who captured your mother? Do you take me as a tool? You think I don't have feelings or people below you are all your property. You can do whatever you want and in exchange I can't free my mother. This is the so-called deal you made with me then do what you want, I don't care. I am leaving and I will find my mother on my own, I won't be your wife anymore".
Saying all this opened the door and left.
Damon's pov
Speechless will be the best word to specify his expression. He knew its not good to keep her mother but all that he wanted was to cure his mother. After hearing her words, he knew he has done a grave mistake and he won't be forgiven easily. All he could recall was her crying face which showed only pain and desperation to save her mother. He grabbed his hair in frustration and spoke "Shit, what did I do". He came out of his room but couldn't find her anywhere. So, he was leaving to check outside when her mother came from behind and asked, "Damon why was Caroline upset, did you fight with her again. The child listens to me, she is a very good child and she loves you so much can't you see that? Damon couldn't react and only say "I know mom I made a mistake, I will definitely correct all my wrongdoings but where is she?
His mother replied, "Don't worry she is sleeping with me today, you can talk to her tomorrow". Although Damon badly wanted to talk to her at the moment he couldn't so he wished his mother good night and went to his room. He simply lay down on the bed but could;t sleep all he could think was her crying face. He thought for very long and decided to reveal the truth to her because he doesn't want her to cry.
