Chapter 8: Demon War

The 3 sister starts to speak about the truth about the Demon War.

The biggest war that humanity, no, all living race faced.

After a rest, they spoke

"The truth about the demon war is that we all could have died if the true demon war had taken place"

An official said "True Demon war?"

"Yes" 3 sisters replied

"The true demon war was something that we all could never imagine. Let me ask you how big was the demon army was?"

"Around 50,000 and a general" an official replied

"Yes, that's the amount we face but in truth, the true size of demon army was around 1million and there were around 14 more generals"

At this, everyone was stunned

They all still remember that day, as clear as the sun in the sky.

The day when the demon war took place and all the races united together.

Everyone threw their pride, hatred, just everything away to face the crises. All races united that day and face the demon army.

And even though they numbers after combining all races army was round 800,000 still they were losing against 50,000 and not just that, even the 3 sisters were having a hard time facing 1 general

And now thinking back, did they really face a war?

The king raised his voice and asked "How do you know about the demon army?"

His question was valid as 3 sisters might be just making words, but Miyazaki said "I left a small bird with my brother, a bird that was controlled by me and after our war, a week passed and then the bird came to me.

And by reading the memories, I got to know about the truth of Demon War"

She continued "But do you know what's more interesting?"

All people were like "there is more?"

With a smile, she said "The one who faces all army was Natsumi all by herself"

*thud*

An official, who was standing against the wall, falls on his knee

With a weak voice, he asked "Just her?"

Miyazaki nodded and continued "Yes and she is the one who closed the teleportation circle so, only 50,000 and a general were the only one we faced but in truth, if there was a full army, you know the result"

Sweat appeared on the face of all officials and even the king

They all understood the reality, that they all are nothing in front of those superpowers. Winning the war gave all race pride among them and their relationship also improved and there is much less trafficking of slaves from other races but

But in truth, the pride they had all this time was nothing more than a small house build with sand, ready to be washed away by the seawater

Miyazaki continued "And here is the fun stuff"

At this all people were like "WHAT THE FUCK, JUST SAY IT IN ONE GO"

She said "The fight between Natsumi and the demon army was not even a fight, but rather a one-sided massacre. As Natsumi kept on killing one after another

The demons run for their life, and even generals were all powerless, though they did put a good fight still lost it"

*deep breath*

"And this is the truth about demon war"

Then Yoshida said "Now let me ask you, what would happen when you come to know the person you thought is the strongest of all, someone who could give a great fight but it all turns out to be that the person you thought it the strongest, is nothing more than a servant under someone. What will be your first thought?"

*gulp*

Everyone looked at each other, they knew the answer but didn't want to say it.

And after a silence, the king spoke "Fight and see, if the no. 1 is truely no. 1"

Yoshida stood up from her chair and said "Yes, to use weak people, we would fear for worst, but to those superpowers, demon war burned a new thirst of power and see if the no.1 is worth being no.1"

Then Yoshida sits down, in her chair, and with a sad voice, she said "And that's the reason why we betrayed our brother.

We knew that the fight between those superpowers is for sure, it will happen today or tomorrow and we don't know if our brother would be able to face them or not.

With fear in heart, we made the decision to seal him forever, as he had still not replenished his mana to full

We called him; we put seals on him and finally chained him down.

I still remember that face full of anger, that out fear on my heart"

Says, Yoshida as her had trembled in fear

Then other 2 sisters spoke "and at that time, brother ordered Natsumi to fall back and when the time comes, take me away

Though Natsumi didn't want to leave but still she left under big brother's order.

Then we took him to the Black prison but before going into his cell, he said something"

The 2 sisters also trembled now

They didn't speak anything further but the curiosity of all officials made them question "What did he say?"

*silence*

After some time, 3sisters hold each other's hand, and then Yoshida spoke "You know my past, don't you? You knew how hard it was for me to make a new family, don't you? But still, you forgot about it?

I hope you are ready for redemption, for your mistake"

At this, Miyazaki literally joined her whole body like a ball and trembled in fear.

She is the smallest among them and she is the one who is afraid of the nightmare that will surely come in the future

Yoshida holds Miyazki in her embrace and then said "We wanted peace, we just wanted our big brother to not stain his hand in blood but we made a mistake"

Right now, all people knew that Kai Ken is angry with 3 sisters.

But what's more, they were worried about was, JUST HOW STRONG KAI KEN IS?

They all had one question, "Eyes that help its user to learn everything but just seeing any skill one time, Mana that would never end even if the whole world is destroyed with spells and a body that is immortal. But all these are the ability of Natsumi, the servant of Kai Ken

After calming Miyazaki down, Yoshida said "Do you want to know about Big Brothers past?"
