Alice\'s magic circle caused a giant shock around the island. A yellowish white sphere swallowed the entire island for a brief moment before vanishing into soft glitters and vanishing into the air.

"What was that?" Elliot asked Lance, but his friend was already preoccupied with a large claw that Licht threw at him. "What is that?!"

"Xing, Qing," Lady Hao called out. "Morph now!"

"Let\'s go!" The twins looked at each other before they nodded and transformed into the dragon form they used in their fight with Irus. This doesn\'t seem to faze Licht by even a moment.

The man just sighed before shaking his entire body as black clouds exited his body. The black clouds formed into seven more versions of him, all containing the same amount of magic as him.

"Those are not ordinary clones," Lady Hao said. "He has so much power in each clone. It\'s like there are now eight Lichts."

"Doesn\'t matter," Irus said. "He may now have eight Lichts now, but not for long."

"What do you mean?" Lady Hao said. Irus looked at her and shrugged. "Demon, tell me now."

"Look at that," Irus pointed at the side where Guan Yin wasn\'t hovering at. She was chanting something under her breath, together with the other Masters. "They\'re almost done. Let\'s keep this human busy at the meantime."

It was like there was a parade of light in the skies as they fight. Licht\'s clones have the same combat level as him, and even have the same set of skills. While the fight progresses, the group unfortunately lost the true Licht.

"Where is he?" Lady Hao asked, blocking a Licht\'s claw with her fan. "I don\'t think this is the real him."

It was an obvious sign that a clone was not Irus was its ability to lose its voice. Elliot thinks that this was because even when Licht was powerful, he still had his limitations.

Malice\'s clones could talk and act just like her, they only inherit a small percent of her true power. Licht\'s clones however, have the same power as him, but they could not talk.

Another one of their imperfection was their lack of mental powers. The clones were strong, but they couldn\'t keep up with the speed of how an actual being thinks. Currently, they were only at a level of a dog.

"Black Pierce!" Lance yelled as he thrust his black sword. He created a cone-shaped beam that attacked a Licht, prompting it to use its large claws to block the attack. "It\'s really strong."

"Blazing Ring of Fire!" Connor attacked another Licht, but the Licht did the same thing. It raised its claws over its chest and created a shield that blocked the attack.

"How are we supposed to defeat these clones when they have these much powers?" Lance groaned.

"Burst them with a huge amount of power," Irus replied. He crossed his arms as his enemy Licht approached him. Irus sighed and raised his index finger, creating a small sphere of darkness on its tip.

The Licht suddenly slowed down and several black orbs susrrounded it. The Licht looked at the orb as they slowly approach it. Irus waved his index finger with the black orb and it suddenly made all the orbs shoot the Licht, creating a huge black explosion.

"Wow," Connor cheered. "Let me do that too!"

All of them now had an idea on what to do. They took their opponent Lichts to different directions and fired their attacks at them.

Meanwhile, Elliot could keep up with the Eternals even though he wasn\'t one. He was looking at their morphed forms, envious of how they were able to achieve those and not him.

"Don\'t get too distracted," Irus said, catching a black orb that was supposed to attack Elliot. "You almost died just now. Keep your thoughts locked for now and don\'t let it grow onto you. It will affect the battle."

Elliot nodded, "Right. I\'m sorry."

Irus just sighed and placed a hand on Elliot\'s shoulder, "Kid, you should know that you\'re strong. Why are you doubting your capabilities?"

"I–"

"Elliot," Irus said. "You\'re the Creator. You\'re powerful."

After taking a deep breath, Elliot nodded. He felt refreshed after being reassured by Irus. The demon was someone who had seen through Elliot. They bonded for a couple of months with Irus seeing everything that Elliot saw and even more.

"Okay," Elliot said. He looked at his opponent Licht and raised his sword, pointing it on the Licht. "Let\'s fight! Enhanced Lotus Blast!"

Elliot moved swiftly in the air. He ran towards the Licht and fired all eight petals on eight different directions, all in one single second. The Licht paused when Elliot vanished. It suddenly screamed, canceling out all the petals that Elliot attacked.

"Hiya!" Elliot yelled, shooting the lotus flower right on top of the Licht.

The clone did not stand a chance against him. Before it could react, the lotus flower had already reached it, exploding in the air that swallowed the Licht.

"Wow," Elliot grinned. "I did it!"

He raised his sword in the air as he cheered for his victory. His smile faded when he saw everyone\'s enemy Lichts vanish. "What?"

Elliot was about to turn around when he felt a pang of pain in his arm. His eyes widened when the notification rang in his head, completely unexpecting it.

\'Crest of the Dragon Emperor activated.\'

"Why didn\'t you die?" Licht said from behind Elliot. It was him. Elliot was fighting the original Licht all along. "You\'re strong too. Strong enough to almost catch me off guard. Who are you, boy?"

"Elliot run!" Irus yelled as Elliot did as was told. He leaped a couple of meters back, right where everyone else had gathered. "You almost died."

"I know," Elliot sighed deeply. "The real one was him all along."

"That was amazing," Licht said. "But not as amazing as me–"

The smile on his face faded when a large sphere made of multicolored light locked them inside the island. Licht felt his powers get weakened by a huge sum. "What is happening?!"

"You\'re locked inside," Irus laughed. "That\'s what\'s happening."

"No!" Licht yelled. He roared into the skies and tried to destroy the barrier, but it was all in vain. He couldn\'t penetrate the barrier.

Irus raised his thumb while looking at Guan Yin who was outside. She smiled at him and also raised her thumb.

"Oh," Lady Hao touched her chest in shock. "T-This barrier. This is–"

"Sphere of Lockhart," Irus said. "This barrier could lock everything inside an area. With this, Licht can\'t outsource his magic. There are only ten of us here inside, so he can only enhance his powers by a bit."

"That\'s so smart," Lady Hao grinned. "Irus, you are a man who has lots and lots of ideas in your mind. This is good, now we can defeat him easily."

"Easier," Irus corrected. "Don\'t forget that that man is still a powerful emperor. He still has a lot of powers in him, so we can\'t actually say that it\'s easy now."

"Let\'s just see about that!" Connor and Ed yelled at the same time. They rushed towards Irus, both raising their weapons that were glowing with their magic.

"Infernal Blazing Star!"

"Eternal Chaos Absolute Ruins!"

They attacked Licht on either side, creating giant magic attacks. Irus was in the middle of it, he stood still as the attacks approached him. They looked at him who had a lifeless expression as he looked up.

"All I wanted was to see him again," Licht said. "DuDu had died that day. I saw it in my own eyes. He fell on a cliff. But why is he alive."

The attacks got even closer while Licht remained unresponsive. He was still looking up while talking gently, as if he was narrating in a play.

"I went to his body to heal him," Licht said. "At least, I tried to heal him. I tried, I really tried. But his body was cold and pale. It was then that I knew that he had already died. DuDu, I don\'t think I can live this world without you. Oh, DuDu, my best friend."

In a blink of an eye, Licht looked at Elliot and smiled widely. This sent shivers down on Elliot\'s spine as Licht raised both of his arms beside him, each of them morphing into giant mouths that swallowed the attacks.

"Oh, I remember now," Licht said with a smile. He closed his eyes and tilted his head to the side.. "That was why I became a necromancer."
