"Now entering: Crimson Station, please stand clear of the closing doors." The intercom said as the monorail began to stop, we quickly got out of the monorail and through the station window we could see the anarchy that was brought upon the district, "Alright guys, stick to plan and split up, Lily and Atom are together and I will go by myself and save people too." I told Lily and Atom as we began to head down to the streets of Crimson Avenue. "I won't let this be like the Great Disappearance!" I subconsciously told myself, I saw three thugs about to terrorized a family, I quickly intervened, without saying a word I punched one of the thugs in the jaw knocked him down to the ground, "Get out of here!" I yelled at the family, they quickly ran away, I morphed both my hands into claws and began to slash at the two remaining thugs, they were defeated in a flash suddenly to my right I could hear screaming in the alleyway, I quickly look to see two more thugs terrorizing two kids, I got angry really fast just from the sight, I ran towards the alleyway and instead of killing the thugs I knocked them out so the two kids wouldn't get terrified of me, "listen, I need y'all to get out of here, if you can go to the nearest police station please!" I ordered the two kids, the two nodded and began to make their way to the nearest precinct, "Oliver!" Lily yells out, "There you are, I just saw a bunch of Grin's men at my school, that must be their main attack point.", what she said made sense, "Alright lets get over there!" I said as I began to run towards her school, I was starting to get exhausting from running from block to block but I had to push through. Lily was right, a bunch of thugs were outside the school trying to get in, "Alright guys, lets take them out." I said to the gang as we quickly ran towards all the thugs, one by one they were getting taken down, We successfully taken them all out outside the school but we needed to get inside the school, "Lily do you have a school ID to open the doors?" Atom asked Lily, "I got it!" She said as she scanned her ID which opens the door. As we entered inside we see a classroom that was boarded up, Lily decided to knock a rhythmic tone on the door, it opened, "Lily!?, Thank god you're alive!" Sophia said as she opened the door, I guess Lily has a secret code with Sophia, "and its Oliver and his Ghost friend." She said as she looked towards me and Atom, "actually I'm a shadow-being." Atom said trying to correct Sophia but was ignored, "Listen Sophia, we need to evacuate the entire school while the streets are cleared of thugs, if you can try to reach the monorail station and get out of here with everyone else." Lily ordered Sophia, "Hey I'll be back, I'm going to make sure nobody else is in trouble right now." I said as I began to run through the hallways, I looked through the first floor to find nothing so I made my way to the second floor, I could hear voices nearby, "let me go, you'll hear from my lawyer after this!" Gerald yelled out, "God why can't you shut up!" A thug said as he began to aim his gun towards Gerald, "Atom!, Take the bullet as I run towards the thugs!" I ordered Atom, "You got it, chief!" He said as he began to fly towards the thugs, I began to run at the same time, "Bang!" A gunshot was fired but luckily Atom caught it before it could hit Gerald, I knocked down the thug making sure he was unconscious, I help up Gerald from the ground, "ugh, I didn't need help, especially from someone like you." Gerald said to me, "Get out of here or I'll do what the thug was going to do myself!" I yelled at him, "yes sir!" He said as he quickly made his way out of the building, "alright that should be everyone." I said to myself, it was quiet... too quiet... "Well, well, well, if it isn't the famous hero Atom or should I say Oliver Peddleton." A familiar voice said behind me, I turn around to see him, the man who ruined my life and broke me... Grin Scurvy.
