Abyss Knight

Chapter 153

The herald left the room as fast as he could, while kukas slowly played with the command book in his hand, and finally folded it and put it in his arms.

After leaving a message for the female doctor, he got up and went to the military headquarters, where he took out his deposited weapons and war horses, and then went to the gathering place indicated by the order.

The gathering place is a small school field, where all professionals are gathered. There are more than 100 professionals, including knights, lurks, divine archers and even spell casters. They are divided into small groups, or acquaintances, or people of the same occupation. After kukas arrived, he was accepted by a knight group.

There are nine people in this knight group and kukas, each of which is a second-order existence. They exuded a strong smell of blood, which was obviously accumulated after a long time of killing.

"Kukas!" the bald man first introduced himself to these knights, and these Knights nodded in response to his introduction. Only one knight forced a little smile on his face to welcome him, and then he continued to return to plain.

The introduction of the Knights did not stop kukas, just as his introduction of other knights did not stop.

"Your code name is number nine! My code name is one." a knight whispered and quickly told kukas: "this time we act together. The task time is very short. I hope everything goes well."

"I think everything will go well." kukas had a bad feeling when he watched so many professionals searching for the students of Imperial College. But he didn\'t say it, just buried it in his heart.

In the school yard, a senior military officer gave kukas and their professionals a brief account of the mission. Finally, the senior officer asked all professionals to make a reasonable match, not a simple professional to gather together. To this end, kukas added a second-order caster, a lurk and two divine archers to his team.

Thirteen professionals are all second-order existence. The senior officer attached great importance to kukas and his team. "Remember, as long as you find the students among those students, whether they are alive or dead, you should bring them back. Some of them are the children of big people. For the sake of some interests of the military headquarters, you only need to search for them for a month. After a month, senior professionals will search for them."

The senior officer whispered as he sent a magic signal to kukas and them.

"I\'m afraid those high-level professionals are searching there now! Well! Maybe they are delayed by some difficult enemy." kukas didn\'t believe the words of the senior officer at all. He sneered and thought about something silently.

Several other professionals, like him, were silent. The officer told them about the role of some special signals and asked them to go back and prepare themselves and set out together tomorrow.

When kukas returned, the female doctor ended her experiment today. When she listened to kukas\'s explanation, she disdained and said: "In fact, it\'s the same whether you go or not to pretend search and rescue tasks. When those students experience outside, if there are really great people\'s descendants, there must be high-level professionals to protect them secretly. If those secret high-level professionals can\'t protect those students, you used to be in vain."

"Well, it has nothing to do with us. We just patrol for a month." kukas shrugged his shoulders and smiled grimly.

The next day, kukas joined forces with 12 other professionals to carry out search and rescue patrols. Along the way, people didn\'t talk to each other. Kukas couldn\'t help but wanted to have some killing conversation with the caster, but the caster just said yes and didn\'t answer. This made the bald evil man look a little depressed.

"Casters are arrogant, and most of them look down on other classes," said a knight in heavy armor.

"I knew a caster before. She was a third-order existence and easy to talk." kukas glared at the caster, and then answered the knight\'s words in a low voice.

"You\'re lucky to have a friendly conversation with a third-order caster, which I never imagined," the knight said in silence.

Along the way, kukas broke the silence again and again. He either asked the lurk about killing skills, or talked to other knights about the means between knights, or talked to God archers about the methods of killing enemies. However, he never talked to the caster again, and so did the rest of the team.

Even so, the second-order caster seemed relaxed. He lived a personal life. Even when camping, he lived his own extremely regular life and would not be disturbed by kukas and their reckless people.

It has been more than half a month since they entered the patrol area. During this time, they searched for streams, caves, dense forests and rubble again and again to find the students of the college. Unfortunately, they found nothing except a large number of white bones and incomplete weapon remains.

It was dinner time that day. Kukas, they were around the campfire, baking food. The lurks squatted in a dark corner to guard, and the Knights and divine archers handled the food. The caster climbed onto a big tree and began his meditation.

"It\'s good to have power. You can freely instruct others to work for yourself." a divine Archer tore a small piece of meat and chewed it in his mouth. "Well, it\'s not cooked yet. Wait a minute."

"If you want to master power, you need not only contacts and strength, but also luck." a knight sneered and said, "if you are lucky, you can get the leftovers of the upper power struggle. If not, you can disappear directly."

"In fact, power is floating clouds. Those things are too illusory. If you are strong enough, no one can instruct you." kukas thought of some biographies he saw in the old knight manor. Those biographies record legendary professionals. They stand at the peak of the whole world, and powerful empires tremble at the feet of these legends.
