Chapter 34

It was a day after Izumi becomes a Campione. In a certain building in Tokyo, a group of people can be seen sitting around the round table. They are discussing an important matter which concerns the future of Japan.

The discussion was held because there is a piece of information which said a new Campione has emerged and he is Japanese.

"I just obtained information that the seventh Campione was Japanese." A man said with a serious look in his face.

"Is that information accurate?!" Another man asked with a shocked tone.

"It is, his name is Kitahara Izumi. I think everybody in this room recognized who is Kitahara Izumi." The man explained.

"The number one pianist in the world becoming a Campione huh..." A woman said.

"Indeed, now I think we need to send someone to be his attendant if he needs something." The man wisely suggested.

"I agree with that. Even though we don't know which god did he slain, it is a mystery how he can hide from us with that kind of power. I assume his power was strong already even before becoming a Campione." A woman assumed with a grave expression.

"Hm? Does that mean he used magic to attract people in his musical performance?" A man suddenly asked curiously.

"""That's impossible.""" Literally everybody in the room except him disagreed with the man.

"Eehhh??"

"You never saw his performance huh, what a shame." An elderly shakes her head and said.

"Yeah, I pity you..." A man added.

"The number one pianist in the world is not just a title you know." A woman nodded and said.

"You should try to see his performance, then you would understand what we mean." A man suggested.

"A-alright then, I will try it someday." The man albeit can't understand what are they talking about agreed since he was curious about it.

"At any rate, Japan finally got a lord huh... Does anybody here know what kind of man he is?" A man asked.

"As far as I know, he is a normal high school boy with a handsome face and charming personality. Added with his perfect talent in Piano, he has many fans throughout the country either man or woman. Oh and currently has four girlfriends." Someone explained.

"Hoo, he is in for polygamy huh. I guess we can also send a girl to be one of his wives later." An old lady said after thinking for a bit.

"Indeed, but for now I think we shouldn't do that. We still don't know if he would accept her after all. " A woman replied.

"Then we should stay with sending someone to him to be his attendant or messenger. Someone who can relay his message to us immediately, in addition, can make his or her own decisions." Another man said then he began to ponder.

"How about Amakasu? He seems to fit the description." A man in his forties suggested.

"No, I think a girl would be the best since he seems rarely to interact with a man." Someone rejects the suggestion.

"You have not said anything since the start of the meeting except disagreeing about he used magic in his performance, ********-san. Do you have any suggestions?" Someone asked a girl who seems to be the most important one here.

"How about you take the task, ********-san? You are young after all, and obviously you can make a decision instantly." A woman added.

"Hmmm...Fine, I do want to see what kind of man he actually is." The girl spread her hand fan and said after thinking for a bit.

"Good then, it is very reassuring having the most powerful witch in Japan taking the task."

"Then please completes the procedure to make me a teacher in his school." The girl instructed.

"Yes!"

*Ding Dong*

"Yo, Miyuki-chan let's eat together," I said to Shirogane who looks dazed thinking about something.

"..."

"Hello, Miyuki-chan?" I waved my hand in front of his face, but it seems to be ineffective.

"What happens to him when I was in England, Kaori?" I asked wonderingly Kaori who waits beside me.

"To be honest, I don't know. After you left for England, he seems constantly to think about something. Plus, I was always going to the Kaguya's class to have lunch with her so at most I only greet him for a bit." Kaori answered after thinking for a bit.

"Hmm... Maybe I will talk with him again later. Well, how about we eat with Kaguya today?" I suggested.

"Sure!" Kaori eagerly accepted.

Then we head to Kaguya's class together. In the middle of our walk, many students, either girl or boys seem to look at me with an admiring expression. It was always like this even before I went to England but, the people seems increased.

"Do you know why there are so many people looking at me like that, Kaori?" I curiously asked.

"You don't realize it?" Kaori asked back.

"What?" I tilted my head and asked.

"Hmmm... How do I put it, your aura or charm is different from before. If before they saw you as a prince charming, now it was like kingly aura and charm oozing out from your whole body." Kaori explained.

"Eh, Really?" I asked surprisedly.

"Nn. For us, it is fine, because it seems our love for you has been maxed for a long time ago." Kaori nodded and said with a fond smile.

"*chuckle* I am indeed a lucky guy isn't I?" I patted her head and smilingly said.

"Hehe... You sure are!"

Without realizing, we have arrived at Kaguya's class while talking merrily. Then I gently opened the door to look for Kaguya. Kaori and I approached Kaguya who sits on the front left seat.

"Yo Kaguya, let's eat lunch together at the rooftop" I invited her.

"Yes, Kaguya-san let's go!" Kaori eagerly invited her while clasping Kaguya's hand.

"Sure sure, Kaori-san. Also, Welcome back Izumi." Kaguya agreed then greet me with a smile.

"Nn, I'm back, Kaguya. Oh and I also brought a souvenir for you. I will give it after lunch okay."

"Sure, let's go then." Kaguya stood up from her seat and we head to the rooftop. But before we were able to head to the rooftop, there is a cute girl with a fair complexion, blue eyes, and shoulder-length light pink hair with a black bow on her bangs come into the class and greets Kaguya.

"Kaguya-san, Kaguya-san where are you going?" She asked Kaguya.

"I'm going to have lunch with them," She answered.

"Hehe... Can I come too? My name is Fujiwara ...Chika...." Chika asked then suddenly she looked at me with shocked eyes as if she just realized who was I.

"Y-you a-re..." Chika added in a low voice.

"Yes?" I tilted my head and curiously asked.

"Y-you are the real Kitahara Izumi!!!! Oh my god, oh my god!" Chika shouted excitedly with a fl.u.s.tered expression. Because of the shout, all students who walk in the hall and the ones sitting peacefully in the class started looking at us wonderingly.

Naturally, they have seen me coming into their class, but not many students brave enough to greet me first because of their shyness.

"Ahaha... Can we change our place first? " I can only laugh dryly and suggested.

"Hehe, as expected of you Izumi," Kaori smirked and said.

"Kaguya-san, why didn't you tell me Kitahara Izumi was your friend?!" Chika frantically asked.

"Ara is that so? Come to think of it, indeed I have not told you. I totally forgot about that." Kaguya said with a smile.

"Mou! Kaguya-san, unfair!" Chika said sullenly.

"Maa, maa. In the end, you meet him now right? Isn't it a good thing," Kaori said intentionally trying to calm her down.

"Anyway, let's go to the rooftop first, we can talk later" I interrupted their conversation and suggested.

"Right right, let's go!" Kaori said.

"Sure, let's go, Izumi, Kaori-san" Kaguya answered with a smile. Then we walk ahead of Chika who still pouting.

"W-wait for me pleasee!!!" looking at us who walk leaving her behind she shouted.
