Chapter 121

Right now, at 9 AM in the morning, I am on my way to Ayase's house to give her a surprise visit. According to her line to Shiori and me yesterday night, she took two days rest and will be in her house all day long today. Thus, I decided to play to her house without telling her first, which means, a surprise visit.

Naturally, I have visited Ayase's house a few times before. Her mother knows me very well and even teased us who were called a couple by our fans every time we got a job together. However, her father was different.

Ayase's father was a manager in a famous car industry whose owner attended the party to celebrate my ascension to become a Campione two years ago. Still, of course, there is no way Ayase's father knows I was, in fact, a Campione and the ruler of Japan at that.

That's why every time I visited her house, Ayase's father will always glaring dagger at me. It's not because of malice, but the typical 'I won't give you my daughter!' gazes.

Honestly, because most of my father-in-laws like uncle Kotegawa, Kaori's father, or Shirogane Papa were very easygoing, Ayase's father's reaction was quite refreshing to me. Actually it's quite interesting. Well, Kaguya's father, Gan'an was a different matter, though.

At any rate, while thinking about something like that, I have arrived at Ayase's house. Although I usually just chat Ayase on the line that I have arrived, because today is a surprise visit, I'll need to press the intercom.

"Ara, it's Izumi-kun. Wait a minute. I will open the door for you." The voice of Ayase's mom can be heard from the other side of the intercom. Not long after that, the door of the house opened revealing Ayase's mom who leisurely walks to open the entrance gate for me.

"Good morning, Izumi-kun. Are you going on a date with Ayase today?" Ayase's mother smiled and said as she opened the entrance.

"Haha, too bad it wasn't the case today. Actually, I haven't even told Ayase that I will visit her today." I smiled and answered.

"Fufufu, a surprise visit then? That answer why she did not wake early in the morning. Usually, she will wake up very early whenever you came to visit or going out together. Oh, and please come in." Ayase's mom leaned her cheek on her left hand and smilingly said.

"Thank you very much, miss Aragaki. And if Ayase still hasn't wake up, should I wait in the living room?" I thanked her then asked.

"What are you talking about, Izumi-kun. Please just go to that girl's room because I am sure she has woke up right now. You can even do something as it's just only a matter of time anyway fufufu... Still, although my husband wasn't home right now, please don't be too loud. Because it will be awkward for me." Ayase's mom smilingly said.

'As always, because she always smiles, I don't know if she is joking or not'

"Haha, please stop joking, miss Aragaki. I won't do anything like that...yet." I jokingly answered.

"Fufufu, is that so? Too bad then. I am sure that girl will be happy if you do that, though. At any rate, you can just enter her room. It will be faster that way and I am sure she won't mind." Ayase's mom said with a teasing smile.

"Ahaha...I really can't win against you, miss Aragaki. At any rate, please excuse me." I can only smile wryly and answered before I walk to Ayase's room on the second floor with Ayase's mom looking at me with a grin.

Not long after that, I arrived in front of Ayase's room. Then without waiting, I decided to enter her room as mom told me to.

When I opened the door, it was a room that I have seen many times before. It was a neat room with a single bed and the wall painted in a light blue color. There are also some plushy toys arranged above the bed.

And then, when I look in the direction of the drawer, Ayase was there wearing only underwear while her hand was in the drawer's door with her eyes widened as she looks at me. Then, as if she realized she just wears a pair of underwear, her face reddened until smoke coming out from her face.

"O-onii-san...P-please wait outside for a bit... B-because it's too embarrassing..." Ayase shyly tries to hide her body with both of her hands and said while her head lowered.

"My bad... I will wait outside then. And...thanks for the treat." I apologetically said before added with a teasing grin. Before I went out of the room, I could see Ayase whose face adorably blushed after hearing my thanks. Yep, once again, thanks for the treat.

"P-please come in..." After ten minutes Ayase opened the door and shyly said. As she opened the door, I saw Ayase wearing a very cute outfit as if she is going somewhere. Then, I entered the room and sit on the cushion that has been prepared for me to sit on.

Ayase sits in front of me in seize while looking at me with a reddened face likely because of the previous incident. After a while, she calmed down a bit and took a deep breath.

"W-why you didn't tell me you��re going to visit, Onii-san..." Although she asked like that, her face displayed a happy expression.

"Because it's a surprise visit after all. And besides, because of that, I was able to see a very good thing before." I smirked and said.

"...*ehem* T-then, i-is there a reason why Onii-san suddenly giving me a surprise visit?" Ayase had shyly lowered her head before she asked.

"Well, I do have one thing to talk about, but we can talk about it later. Rather than that, I just want to spend my time with you today." I said with a smile.

"...Fufu...Then, want to watch a movie together?" Ayase asked with a joyful smile, and her face reddened a bit.

"Sure thing," I answered with a smile.

About an hour after the movie started, Ayase's mother came bringing us snacks and drinks. She even smirked when she saw the light of Ayase's room turned off likely thinking we're doing something indecent.

But when she saw that we're just watching a movie, she looks a bit disappointed. Really what do you expect us to do when you're still at home? And...she really came one hour later...

At any rate, after watching a movie, we played some board games, looking at some magazines together, playing a game and, etc. When we realized it was already six in the evening. Which means now is the time to tell Ayase about something.

"Now before I told you about this, let me ask first. Is there something wrong with your friend, Kirino recently?" I asked with a serious expression.

"Kirino-chan? I guess she looks a bit down recently...when I asked, she only told me it was fine and she just has a bit problem with her hobby. I know she is hiding something, but as you said before Onii-san, she might need time to say it. So, I didn't pressure her." Ayase answered with a smile.

"I see...But this time, I think it's not that she didn't want to tell you. But, she really can't. Because it's complicated." I thoughtfully said.

"You know about her problem, Onii-san?! Could you tell me? If I could, I would want to help her with anything." Ayase said.

"...Are you sure? This one might be something that has no good end, you know?" I asked with a serious expression.

"Yes, Onii-san. Because she is my best friend. I am sure Shiori also will do so." Ayase determinedly said.

"...Alright, I will tell you. Well, you see...to put it simply, your friend Kousaka Kirino is in love with her brother, Kousaka Kyousuke. Also, her brother loves her too." I said.

"...I see... It's certainly something that won't have a good end. What do you think I should do, Onii-san?" Ayase asked with a concerned tone.

"You didn't think it was a lie?" I asked.

"Hehe, I am her best friend, Onii-san. Although I don't know to who or the reason, I do know she is in love with someone. To think it was her own brother. Besides, I will never doubt you, Onii-san." Ayase answered and said with a tender smile.

"...Hehe, thank you, Ayase. And I think you don't need to do anything for now. I have said this to Kirino's friend before but you can't just irresponsibly support them when neither of them has resolved themselves.

But when they have made up their mind, I actually have a way to make their story has another ending than stop in the midway. Well, that depends on their choice, though." I answered.

"I see...Then, at that time, please help me to help Kirino, Onii-san. Then after that..." Ayase smiled and said but she stopped before she was about to finish her sentence.

"After that...?" I tilted my head and said.

"Hehe, nothing, Onii-san. I will you at that time." Ayase giggled and said.

"Alright, then we will see what you're going to tell at that time. Let me tell you, though. I am not dense. But if that's what you want, alright. Besides, my intuition told me it wouldn't be that long." I smirked and said.

"Hahahaha...That's so like you Onii-san." Ayase widened her eyes before laughed when she heard what I said.

After that, we talk about many things before I decided to head back home while being glared at by her father who just came back.
